I don't have the flesh light but do have a sleeve I use, and I suppose it depends on your version of worth it. There has to be a reason you thought it may be worth a try to purchase it. I love the mine and it adds a much better feeling to solo activities.

Get A Gigi

Gigi's are a version of a flesh light that are not in the hard outter case. The clean up is a breeze and the fun is LEGENDARY! Just make sure you have lots of Lube!
