I haven't had real good luck with those single size ones myself. They are either too tight or not tight enough to do the job. I will say this, NEVER use one of the metal ones. If you get one too tight you ahve to cut it off, and unless you are a jewler with a ring cutter nearby...

There are a ton that are adjustable that work great. I guess it all depends on why you are wanting to use a cock ring as to what your options are.

They are put on when a cock is flaccid. It works best to push one ball through first followed by the second ball then the limp cock can be pushed in. The problem is getting them off while still hard. I often need to just wait till I go soft again before being able to get mine off.

I always thought they were for around the base of the cock, not the balls too until I saw this demonstration HERE .
