Fitness program for sub female

Have her make herself a "slave belt" of sorts...using the belly dancer coins that she can probably get at a good sewing retailer. Push ups without a sound...squats without a sound...etc without a sound.

The discipline will come in trying her hardest not only to exercize for the weight loss but will also teach patience endurance and control of her body. You will inform her that she will be performing her routine for You at each and every future r/t meeting.

Personally I would take it a step further and assure her that there will be a smack with the hand, crop, flooger, cane or whatever for each jingle that meets Your ears.

I like this one very much. I will have to incorporate into my subs routine.

Now my answer:
I have my sub do situps with me in front of her. As she comes up she has to take me into her mouth. The more she does, the farther back I get, so that she has to lean further and futher forward to take me.

It gives her an instant reward and an incentive to keep doing them. I do have a variation for push ups if you want to know.
 
I'd develop a plan for her that gives her flexibility on when to exercise. For example, you must do Pilates 3 times a week. Cardio at least 3 times a week. Weights 3 times a week. And journal it. As long as you meet the minimums, extra Pilates or Cardio will bring rewards. Once a week have a weigh in and tape measure specific spots. Or in your case, once a month. Since she is asking for help, I think she would do well on such a system. Praise her during the measurements.

WriterDom is correct. Praise her and offer positive reinforcement for success.

But Shadowsdream offers sage advice when she suggests the addition of smacks for incentive -- I'd use a crop or a cane, but then again, I'm mean.

Only once have I had experience with this, and it was a matter of blending rewards with punishment. I found that by keep both real -- and I do mean real -- you will both enjoy success and joy.l
 
I would also recommend having her see a doctor for a physical. One can never be too careful.
 
Wow, I would love to incorporate something like this into my life. I was planning to join the gym at work but it would be awesome to have this as part of my relationship with Daddy. I'll have to pass the thread along.

My push-up variation is that I stand over her and put myself just above her ass. As she comes up, I go in her ass. I stay just at her entrance. She has to push up to get me to go deeper.

The more push ups she does, the more she gets to enjoy herself.

But of course, she has to like anal.:p

Yes I have done it before, it is not that cumbersome.

I do have another but will withhold it for a little while.
 
I pictured the pushup version to be something involving you lying down and her doing push-ups with her hands on either side of your hips (would work for a f/f relationship too, I figure).

Or a nipple ornament that had to come all the way off the ground with each pushup...

That was my other way of doing it. But it is as much work as the other way. But they are both loads of fun.

Wow... these are some good ideas, if a bit too effort-y for me (quite lazy and in horrid shape, even though I'm just mildly overweight) Now... I just wish I had motivation like a Dom and rewards from said Dom... >.< being unemployed, unattached and unmotivated is a bitch... but I have to, again, say that these are awesome ideas... (the anal idea is... a little too weird for me ^-^) Good luck to all involved in these programs... lol...

I do know where you are coming from, as I am feeling the same way. Doesn't help to be going through it all alone (divorce was final in Sept) with no one to turn to. If it wasn't for my family out here, I think I would be lost.

Maybe we need to start a thread where we can help motivate each other....just an idea.
 
I don't really know much about BDSM but If you'd like her to loose a little weight the best thing is a low carb diet and doing 30-60 minutes of cardio 3 mornings a week before breakfast.

Then mabey some light lifting if her schedule permits it.

I've got some questions for you, hope you don't mind.

1. What does your username mean? I had assumed it was "New York Sub Grappler" (?) but you say you don't know much about BDSM so maybe I was wrong.
2. Why do you suggest a low carb diet? Atkins, South Beach, and similar programs are very popular right now, but they are not right for everyone.
3. Why should the cardio be before breakfast? I agree that exercise is essential, but why before breakfast?
 
Submission Grappling is a sport that I participate in similar to wrestling.

I would suggest a low carb diet to most people (granted they have no health problems) because they work. Some people say Atkins is just the "In" diet right now and does't always work. Many athletes have been doing varietations of low carb diets for years in order to cut weight for Body Building shows, or to make weight classes in sports like boxing and wrestling. I always do low carb diets when cutting weight for my fights.

The diets do work and I've found that once you get used to them they are easier to follow then other "Shake Based" or "TV" diets.


The reason you do cardio before you eat in the morning is that your body will burn off fat rathen then burning the food in your stomach.

Your body prefers to use food as fuel but can also work equally as well of the stored fat in your body. That is why it is important to do cardio on an empty stomach.

As a wrestler myself, I totally agree with the low carb diet. It is not a new idea, Dr Atkins just happened to write a book about it. Also, cardio is more effective in the morning before breakfast, but make sure that a careful and thorough warmup is always first.
 
I have no idea about the long-term effects or health of the atkins diet... but I can say that anyone I know who has followed STRICTLY, has lost the pounds they wanted. I think it would be fairly impossible as a vegan though.

Has anyone heard about the diet through blood type? It goes by our stages in human development and bloodtype within that - as an A+ with a fairly new blood type, I think O is the oldest and reverts back to meat, I would be in harvested veggies, fruit and fish, no bread... definitely not an expert, has only heard a vague overall.

Having consulted and iridologist/naturopathy specialist some time ago it was recommended that since I have o+ blood group I should never consider a completely meat free diet. Apparently the protein from red meat is very important to my blood group.

I do take a lot of notice to my natural bodily responses and find myself craving red meat regularly and also that animal fat makes me feel quite ill so lean is the way to go.

I am at my healthiest when I also hae a great deal of fresh fruit and vegetables in my diet, and grain cravings seem to disappear after a meal of red meat. Grain and any oil other than olive oil give me a lot of reflux and make me feel ill.

I do thin that when planning a diet the individual person's own bodily responses and cravings need to be taken into account.

Just my opinion.
