Even the most dedicated fitness fanatic occasionally needs extra motivation to make it to the gym, but a novel craze for slovenly New Yorkers takes encouragement to the extreme. Slavercise will raise your heart rate but there isn't a treadmill in sight. Be very afraid - and prepare to be whipped, slapped and intimidated into shape.

So where's the fitness for dom/mes? What exercises should We do to keep in shape? Paddling practice for upper body strength?

It is for Dom/mes and we decided that everyone that wanted to make at least a small change in their exercise habits or even to develop an exercise habit is more than welcome to join.

The first few posts in the RJMasters master fitness thread explain the whole thing and the rest is mostly us reporting back on our progress.

I'm off to work, graveyard shift and all. At least it's my last week of this shift.

LOL, well perhaps those slaves/subs should be grateful for such focused encouragement and short sessions. I have my own get fit programme in full swing right now....on top of 4 hours travelling a day, for 12 hours a day I am armed with a tiny little (compared to the size of my target) metal blade scrapping away about 3 layers of wallpaper interlayered with several layers of various shades of paint on concrete walls about 3 metres high. Hmmm, gets past the therapeutic stage at times and everytime I think of taking a break I think of how I will have to tack that lost time onto the total to get to finishing point of all 3 levels in our house, so I keep going more often than not. A Master with whip or crop in hand would be welcome at times.......:D though when he comes to get me after his day at work he has added the occasional spanking to relieve the aches while I work.....that definately gives me a burst of renewed energy for the drive home to begin packing more for the move.:catgrin: I now have discovered muscles I didn't know I had but which can ache really full on when they want.
