Thing is, with fisting, it's pretty much not you who's supposed to be training. It's the recepient. The trick to any rough anal is knowing your body and learning to relax the sphincter and accept the toys in.

Well, then the "hard" part for you is done ;) but slow and steady is always the best way to proceed anyway. Use PLENTY of lube, when you think you have lubed him enuff, put on a bit more.

Why do people keep using the term "destroyed" in various threads about anal sex? I've been into anal play, and BIG anal play including being fisted, for 45+ years and nothing has been destroyed.
