Firstly in line.

First and firstly are adverbs with identical meaning. Explain why you use Firstly, plenty of you use it.

I've found firstly used in sermons and public addresses to start a list of arguments.

"Firstly I'd like to say..."

Followed by secondly, thirdly, and eventually to the audience's relief - finally.

But you dont know why. I suggest the LY form signals something is specific not particular.

I use it in dialog now and then when a character is explaining something pedantically. “Firstly, let us look at the Vortex of Sin that is Literotica....”

Comments here explain why LIT stories are so bad.

Especially yours. You knock everyone here in the AH but your comments on some stories say exactly the opposite. Make up your mind.Oh wait, if you did that then you won't get even the little attention you do get.
