Why did you bump this thread to offer discouraging feedback? After all, it was slightly dead and burried.

I think you might be on a slippery slope with this story idea.

Not if it's a romantic story, as opposed to a nonconsent/reluctance story. Disabled people need and want love just as much as abled people do and if she's disabled in a way that she can still feel things downstairs, then she probably has sexual urges comparable to any regular woman.

Sure it might be against regulations for cargivers to date their patients (or it might not. I don't know, I'm not in the industry) But every good romance story has some hurdles that need to be surmounted.

Dear Literotica Forum i have an idea for a story that i need some help with. its about a young virgin man who is a caregiver to a sexy disabled woman. the problem is im not sure what kind of disability the woman should have any and all help with this would be greatly appreciated sincerely mg357

If you want to give her a mobility disability (e.g. broken back), I believe there's a degree of paraplegia where the legs aren't connected to the brain, but the genitals are. In other words, she can still get off, which I think would be important for making your story appealing.

Blind and Deaf would also work very well, though I think blind and deaf people only have caregivers when they have recently lost their senses. Most people who have had these conditions for a while are very self-reliant. However, deaf people often have interpreters to translate their sign language to other people. So, I don't know if you're interested in changing the caregiver role in your story to a translator?

speaking as a wheelchair user, it happens more often than people think.
There is a sense of connection

I think this story idea has great potential as a romantic/sincere story. The disabled woman is a paraplegic; she is paralyzed from the neck down. She is perfectly capable of conversing, seeing, hearing, etc. She just can't move her body, which, by the way, happens to be FABULOUS!!!

The virginal young male caregiver cannot help but notice her sexy bod, but he is especially taken by her charming palaver; she chats with him on all manner of subjects, and makes him feel better about himself through her easy comments on his good looks, charming manners, and overall niceness. He finds himself overwhelmingly attracted to her. I think most of us would agree: when you enjoy a person's mind, their body and overall being becomes all the more attractive.

His dilemma, of course, is how to express his physical fondness for her; she cannot reciprocate to his physical advances beyond kissing him (or possibly some oral sex), yet he finds her body irresistible, primarily because he enjoys her personality so much. What will he do? That, of course, is the crux of the story's tension, and I will leave it to the eventual author. But I think the concept is brilliant......Carney
