First Time ... Need A Little Guidance

I've never done this before ... I guess I was raised kinda shut out from the world and I've always had strict upbringing by Persian parents. Lately I've just had a lot of this uncontrollable... energy ;-) that I need some help releasing.. but I don't really know how this works? I'd like to talk to someone on the phone if someone's available? Hopefully someone's who's patient and capable of dealing with a girl who's totally clueless Well ... do reply if you think you might be able to help?
