First off, I'm not for child porn. That said, when doing a story why is it that the people having sex the first time are already adults. Lets be realistic. I was in grade school! Most people loose their virginity long before they are adults.

Lit has few rules. One is that all sex must involve 18+ people. For a long time, there was no 'first time ' category for that reason. People wrote and read those stories anyhow, so a category grew.....

I have plenty of friends who are still virgins (all over eighteen).
Most just haven't found the right guy yet...and I say bravo for them for waiting 'til they want to. So, but, anyway, I feel it is quite realistic to have adults be virgins.

All I said was grade school seemed very young. (In most communities grade school is KG - 5th grade.) I never "criticized" or offered any other opinion.

Yes I was in grade school. I was 8 years old. Too young? YES! I was just doing what I saw my 18 year old brother doing. I really had no idea what I was doing then. The next time I was 15.

Ease up, Motorhome. I don't think anyone was condemning your beliefs or experiences; I think the 'story ideas' crowd is particularly open-minded among Lit forums. However, there are a lot of posts on this particular forum about underage experiences, and every time, someone has to respond about the rules and such. Personally, I think the rules are unfortunate; I'd probably have a lot of characters in the 16-18 range if I could, but that's close enough that I can just avoid mentioning their ages.

The over 18 rules are there so that there are no stories about having sex with 12 year olds, or younger. Besides that it it's against the law to post stories or pictures or movies with people under 18 without parents approval.

I don't think there would be to many imaginary 16 year olds parents offering up approval, or real for that matter so they have the rules set up to avoid being prosecuted for child pornography.

That's why everyone gets a little jumpy about underage sex stories, well besides the obvious maybe that person is a pervert just looking for stories to tide them over until they can get a child alone.

If you talked about it on here without fudging that day in your story or post it will be removed. However the legally of that is kinda subject to interpretation. Most courts I am sure would simply say old enough and let it go if say you were caught doing that with her.

The internet however is a different matter, it can be viewed as actually she's alot younger than that, and the judicious system will prosecute because it can be perceived as younger. So Literotica takes a not 18 not posted view to avoid such things happening to them and the people posting stories and such.

By the way 01/02/00 is a five year old.
