Same. So with that idea in mind, personal steps I take is a quick enema (you can find small ones at a drugstore or sex store. That is a personal hang up but it makes me feel a bit more confident) and I find experimenting with anal plugs before hand helps. Also lube. Lots and lots of lube. Look for silicone based. Good luck!
