Now does this mean submitted by me or them?

Submitted by you. The preview screen is so you can check what you entered. At the bottom is another set of buttons to send it to Lit.

Yep, that message you're seeing means it hasn't been submitted yet. When you hit the button to submit your story, it'll show as 'pending' on your author page.

Word to the wise - don't click on the 'pending' link unless you really want to pull your story back to amend something. It sends the story back to the end of the queue so means you have to wait longer for it to appear on the site.
