Congrats on your first story. I found the story telling to be nice and straight forward, and as AG31 said, I also liked the rising intensity of the story. Your content touched on a few of my squicks, so I am also not going to rate it. It might be a good idea to tag your stories so readers know what to expect and can make an informed decision about reading it. This one probably should have had tags for scat and piss play.

My biggest suggestion is an echo of what others have said above: use more tags so people know what they're getting into.
But I liked it. Definitely going to follow you and I look forward to more. We share some of the same golden interests, so I'm sure I will enjoy some of your future stories.
