A gold 77 mustang. Loved that car! Unfortunately it met with an early demise. The oil light kept coming on which means put oil in me, doesn't it!? Well apparently it doesn't much to my husband's (then BF) irritation. I got the hands on hips and the look as well as 'What the hell did you think you were doing!' Oh well!
LOL Yes, it was a powder blue 1987 Ford Escort Wagon-automatic. Of course I can name all the cars I've had teehee
My second was a 1976 Cadillac DeVille-full size, with red leather interior, whale fins and all<I actually got into an accident in that sucker (all the other guys fault-he was 19 and thought he could make a turn he shouldn't have)well, needless to say, my car hit his, and his car became completely inoperable since his gas tank was crushed. The only damage to my baby was one of her fins came off--got rid of it because it broke and we couldn't find another to strip parts from, oh yeah, of course the exterior was white with chrome.
My third was a little red Nissan Sentra--Catalytic gas engine<I think that's what it's called, only a two door though, served us well, we took that sucker from New Mexico to Kentucky to Virginia to Illinois and then here to WA all in about 2 months, although we did stay at Knox for about 2 months teehee, This sucker also just had had it's engine rebuilt right before we bought it. We traded that one for our car now, a white four doo, 1990 Ford Escort wagon. Teehee, automatic with the thingy on the floor, inside is blue, and it's doing great <g>
1962 Chevy Impala convertible, white with a black top...great car, loved it...my girlfriend rolled it over about 4 or 5 times...lucky, had her seatbelt on and just got a few scratches but totalled the car completely..
Loved the car, but loved the girl more; glad she wasn't hurt--
My first car - almost embarrassed to say what it was - it was around 1980 and it was a Mazda GLC 5 speed. Didn't know a thing about driving a standard car but boy did I learn fast - it was 500.00 less to buy it standard. Drove the car for 11 years - the body was in great shape but by the time it died so had first and third gears. I do have fond memories of the car - it was my first.
I think I answered this on another tread too,but here I go again.
1955 Ford F-100.Brown,292 V-8.
I gave $250.00 for it.
Now 26 years later, and a whole lot of $$$$$$$$$,it's got go-faster wheels and tires on it,351 Cleveland engine,4 speed Muncie Tranny, with Linco shifter. And I painted it a Pearle Black.
1987 4-wheel drive Blazer painted this weird cream color. It was fun drivin' round the Everglades over anything and everything... till I totaled it ::sigh::
