Really you ought to have put this point in the Story Feedback forum. There are people there who will give very full and honest appraisal of your work. The pro-quid-pro is that you respond by giving feedback on other people's work.

This forum is really for discussing issues or sharing resources.

Just to let you know that I like your story. In reply to the comment about this not being the correct forum, I can sympathise as I have posted 10 stories and despite asking for feedback I have probably had about 5 comments.

First Attempt

Lucien_Al, if you would like more feedback, ask for it. Put a note at the end of your stories. Ask readers to vote and send feedback. Tell them you will answer if they supply an email addy.

I did not add a note to my first three posts. My last ten story posts, I have a note at the end. The difference in votes and feedback email is amazing.

Like God said to the guy praying for a win in the lottery, "Meet me halfway, buy a ticket."

As to the "Story Feedback" BB, "give to get" is the way to increase your response numbers.
