Even with all of the deliberate mishandling of evidence and testimony there is more than enough evidence to obtain a conviction. They should prosecute, ot at a minimum accept a plea and then Trump should pardon her, making clear that this is about respect for the rule of law and not some sort of payback. It would be an indictment of the Obama administration's lawlessness.
