Relax and have fun with your girlfriend. Don't make having sex the objective. Enjoy her company, treat her well; if holding hands, and a a kiss or two leads to more, that's well and good. Take your lead from her; play games in the water, let her float and tow her around. If you are in a pool, stand where the warm water enters, and let the water flow agains your body, and then hers. When she relaxes against you, massage her shoulders, and try to sense if she wants you to become a bit friendlier. When you move to the shower, (if its private) offer to wash her hair, then really wash her hair. If it's a public pool, ask her if she would like a private shampoo and shower. Relax, take your time, and have fun. Once again, take your lead from her, don't pressure her to do anything she isn't ready for, or doesn't want to do.
