You are right it dose make a body want to eat.I have been trying to come up with a good sauce for the meat and think I have found it.
You tinderize your meat long enough to bring the heat up in it ,then add the sliced mushrooms and let them simmer in the meats natural juices until ready to eat.
What do you think.
