finding some avatar pics

Hello Literoticans....

I am in need of some help...lol....I would like to find a web site or some place that has pre sized and ready to go avatar pics. I have done a few web searches but do not come up with much, so I was wondering if anyone could share some places that they might know of that would have avatars. Also what do you do to get a pic you might already have sized for an avatar pic, I have tried a few of my own personal pics but it always tells me that they are to large. What to do, what to do?? Any help would be, well, helpful...

find the pic you want (i aint helping there)
cut/crop/resize it down to what... 150x150 pixels (differs for different sites but im pretty sure here is 150x150).
save it
and voila, thats about it

The answer to all of your problems is at www.irfanview.com -- the home of the best freeware image management program available.

It won't handle resizing animationd GIFs, but almost any other image format on the internet is fair game as a source for an avatar with irfanview.

As for pre-sized avatars -- google's image search when set to "small" will turn up avatar sized pics on almost any subject.

The size requirements for an avatar are 150x150 by 20480 bytes.

That means that it can't be larger than 150 pixels in either dimension and can't be bigger than 20KB when stored on disk.
