It's a good set-up fr a story and could lead to almost any kink. What's in the pictures of course depends on where the story will end up (or vice versa). I have to general points:
1. Whatever she's doing in the picture should preferably be milder than what the story leads to after this discovery. If she's flashing someone, she would end up flashing a bunch of people.
