Finding friends mom tied up

I remember a story I read ages ago where a young man heads to his buddies house only to find his buddies mom tied to the bed and blindfolded, he decides to have some fun with her and in later chapters the fall for each other but it turns out the man who tied her up and left her there, is the guys own father. I remember the final chapter ends where the new couple head to the guys house after everything is out in the air including they are actually half brothers and he sees his buddy fucking his mom. But I cannot find it for love not money, any help please
