Can anyone remember this previous story that I have read in the past and name the Author please?
The synopsis is:
Its about a landscape gardener who's wife leaves him for someone with more money. After she leaves he wins the lottery, and whilst keeping this news from her and divorcing her, moves to be near his sister and her family in "Hill County" Texas.
He builds a home on lake becomes a semi-recluse and finds a woman and her daughter sheltering under a bridge whilst on the run from an abusive partner. He befriends her, shares his home with them and eventually they fall in love.
This story is a few years old and for the life of me I cannot remember the author. I would like to read this again. any help please?
