A great story - and now I can't find it!

A well off Father & Sony begin unkowingly dating a Mother & Daughter while on vacation. Not a lot of sex but great story development... And I've searched and searched to find it. Help, please?

The son is in the medical professionals (a doctor?), his new girlfriend is looking for a residency. The father heads a company (advertising?) and his new, mature girlfriend is seeking work in the same vocation. Any help?
