I see other authors commenting on individual story ratings and how many 4's, 5's etc. they received. Where is this data accessed? I've looked and can't locate how to see this detail?

There is no certain way of seeing individual votes. One can, on the other hand, make some informed guesses. If you have, say, a score of 5.0 with nine votes and then a 10th vote drops your score to 4.6, you can make a pretty accurate estimate of what the last score was.
