I remember this story about a couple that decided to have someone come in and watch them fuck. If I recall their house was by the water (lake, seaside?) He showed up and they had drinks in the kitchen to start (martini Margy?) and then went upstairs. As the sessions progressed he went from watching to fondling to fucking her. In the final chapter hubby was out of town and allowed them to go to dinner together and then he spent the night. I seem to recall two chapters of it.
The name was something like Adding a Third (I've searched) or something like that.
