Out of curiosity, Mischka, what do you think about an entire culture that says that killing infidels will get you sent to heaven, and that gays and adulterers should be stoned to death? Or do you only have problems with Westerners who say those kinds of things?

"An entire culture" is misleading. Most practicing Muslims do not believe, nor do they follow, such ideas. I would prefer if people did not hate anyone because of a fundamental characteristic, but that would be asking too much. Everyone defines themselves in relation to others; some carry that to an irrational extreme.
