Yep, I quit em. The vile weed. The silent killer. Mother Nature's mistake. Cigarettes. Done. No more, bout a week now. Maybe less than a week, maybe more. I ain't dwelling on it, I'm done.

For those that still smoke, come on, it isn't like you don't know what they do to you. I went from TWO packs of Marlboro RED a day. If I can quit, you can too. Ask your doctor about Zyban. It is fantastic stuff, although it did take a little longer for me to stop than most people require. (It took four weeks before I stopped, most people do it in two.)

You haven't lived til you stop hacking up black furry stuff on your pillow. It stops when you do man. Just quit.

Please?

I have TOO many triggers right now.

Besides, YOU DO NOT WANT TO SEE the nicotine withdrawl version of Exp.

He is not a pleasant human being.

Congratulations. You're an inspiration to us all.
In fact, I've decided to start smoking, just so I can follow your example and quit.

:)

Congrats!!!

((Ambrosious))

Welcome to the club of "ex" smokers!

I am also a fan of the Zyban.

Congrats Ambro, welcome to the world of better smells, more tasty >ahem< food. And finally, no coughing up that nasty vile brown gunk in the mornings!

Non-smoker, 6 weeks and counting. :D

WAY TO GO!!!

***HUGE CYBER KISS***

Here have a piece of Wrigley's Gum...LOL

No with all seriousness, thats great Ambrosious, I for one am proud of anyone that after so long quits smoking. I am sure that is a hard habit to break!!! Way to go!!!

Congrats Ambro!
I too have too many triggers right now. I also have no medical benefits, as I have just started a new job and they will not kick in until early spring. However my lovely doctor has a scrip for Zyban just waiting for me to get covered.

I can't wait to stop hacking up chunks of lung. I'v cut down ALOT, but stressful events keep bringing ,me back down :(

sowwy but i need my smokes! If ya think im bitchy now you should see me without nicotine!

Please, please, please try Zyban. I was a bastard without nicotine. I could kill small, cute, furry, lovable things without remorse because they dared cross paths with me by meowing or barking.

Zyban takes it away. I promise, really good stuff, you'll go for hours without a cigarette and not even realize it.

Zyban. Go get it. Now. Please.

Congratulations, Ambrosius, I quit years ago cold turkey & know how hard it is. Quitting could give you & the Fantasy Goddess even more years of happiness & good health. Best to you!!!!

A true high-five moment for you.

One thing, though. That has to be the world record for the "going from smoker to reformed-now-I-rag-on-smokers" transformation.

Fortunately, I don't have to worry, because I only smoke the kind that "May result in fetal injury, premature birth, and low birth weight".

I don't know what those idiot's who smoke the kind that cause lung cancer and emphysema are thinking about...I mean geez...just read the side of the pack for Pete's sake!

Man, you are quick!

Good job! Fantastic about smoking. I have watched several people who quit successfully and they really seem to get a greater pleasure out of thier life.

But I dont WANT to quit.
Oh and, like Exp, You dont want to see the nicotine withdrawls version of Xander.
He kills old ladies. And plays soccer with small childrens heads. J/K

No joke... you do play soccer with small childrens heads... and then afterwards use the scalps to put on your bongo drum kit.
