Yes, round. Doc said my muscle would accommodate the round better and look normal. Really didn't have much discomfort.

Well, at 45, decided to add some more up there. I inquired about bigger, 34d and 36c, but the computer image made me look odd. With 34b, won't be able to get away without wearing bras anymore.
