Helpless Plumber Has To Sell His Kidney Just To Pay For His ‘Cheating’ Wife’s Expenses After Court’s Order

A man in seen putting up posters dogged determination in the streets of Bhopal. It naturally evoked curiosity from the passersby; what they saw left them stunned. The man is selling his kidneys and has put up his picture, address and phone number. Dabur village-resident Prakash Ahirwar has started a campaign to advertise the sale of his kidneys on city walls.

The 34-year-old has alleged that he has been left bankrupt due to the ongoing case with his wife. He is unable to pay the monthly alimony, the court has directed him to. And, to pay it, he is willing to sell his kidneys.
Fuck that, I'd flee for a desert island and leave that cheating whore in the lurch.

Prakash still is madly in love with his wife, but his wife has sought divorce on the grounds that he doesn't do anything for a living. He married her in the year 2002 and has since facilitated for her studies. The girl, who was 8th pass at the time of their marriage has completed her education and now works with a private firm.

Prakash claims he has spent everything he had on his wife. In the poster, Prakash wrote that his wife had studied till Class 8 when they got married.

"I encouraged her for further studies and paid all the expenses. She did BA, a PG diploma in computer education and B.Ed after marriage, and started working in a private firm. After she started working, all of a sudden, she left me and approached court for a divorce. This was in 2015. I don't have any money to pay her maintenance and the only way I can follow the court order is by selling my kidney," Prakash told India Today.

Prakash also claims that he sold his ancestral land and bought a plot in Vidisha where he built a two-storeyed house.

"The house is also in the wife's name and now I have no place to stay as well," he said.

Prakash's wife claimed he was resorting to such tactics to ensure that he does not have to pay the maintenance.

This is a lot like thee situation was in CA until recently. In a divorce, the woman took essentially everything, including custody of children, and received alimony and child support. Things are a bit more equitable now.
