Ok, this is gonna sound reeeeaaaaalllll stupid, I know, so you don't have to point it out.

So, reading about supposed Alien abductions and sightings, you know, X-file stuff.

I have ALWAYS suspected and thought that if, ok, IF they were real-they did NOT come from another PLANET but from another TIME.

You talk about if cloning and what not has us headed to androgency and the extinction of the male (and eventually female) gender.

The aliens, they are always SEX-LESS, NO genitals...

I think they are WE (if its not all BS of course). All the abductions, sex experiments, the abducted people always speak of experiments to give them a baby or take sperm and eggs from them...ask yourself why?

Because they LOST the genetic diversification to sustain their race over a long period of time, too much cloning and asexual reproduction- a long slow decline those effects don't show up until we have evolved past the point of being able to sexually reproduce anymore by ourselves.

So, the saucers would not be spaceships but time machines in order for them to stop the extinction of our own race by going back into our time for much needed "new" genitc DNA.

I know it sound fucked-up, but I thought of it when I was entertaining ideas to use for a storyline for a short story or book I have contemplated writing before.

Remember KS, any questions posed to Lit. are questions posed to a specialized, niche, cross-section of our general population.
IOW, horny bastards like ourselves, both male and female, that is why you will get a MUCH larger percentile of bi's here because bi's IMO are much more sexually adventurous which is how they found there way to this board in the first place (most likely looking for good sex stories to masturbate too and what not).

So if you wanted the question to reflect more of the general, heterosexual female population some other board would probably be better suited for your purpose. Besides, I think bi and bi-curious women probably don't like the traditional Alpha-males nearly as much as the average demur heterosexual women because they themselves are sexually aggressive so they don't like taking a backseat in the relationship. That's my opinion on this anyway, maybe I'm wrong but you would probably get allot more women agreeing with you on some more popular but also more mundane and less-interesting boards (with less fellow pervs) somewhere else.

Well, we aren't really defining feminity and masculinity here.

Now if confidence is one of the traits you mean to be masculine, than yes, I can see your point. If it's sexually aggressive (not violent, but aggressive) behaviour I could see your point too, as both of these are traits that tend to be liked by both sexes.

The protector of the home schtick is somewhat overrated. The guy most capable of defending you can also be the guy most capable of beating the holy fucking snot out of you when he's drunk, and most modern women are hip to that potential. Security is a nice trait, but you need to know it isn't going to go to far.

Let's see, other "masculine" traits...

Interest in physical activity can be appealing, so long as your partner is also interested, but otherwise, it's generally overrated, since even the most physically oriented guy will have to age at some point.

Mechanical Aptitude is nice, but having a skilled partner is a bonus in any relationship.

Of course Charisma can be said to be an alpha male trait, but saying women like men with charisma is like saying women like food that tastes good.
