What I am offering females are a chance to have an experienced Dominate, who will be there for you through the good and bad. With the planning stage, it will be where I would sit down with you and discuss what your aims are, what you have done in the past to try to achieve your aims. Also what has coursed you to fail or relapse backwards.
Also what will be required of you, with my help to achieve your aims. The types of examples of what will be required of you could included a designed action plan by my self setting out your aims, your own actions and what my own actions will be.
Your own actions could included a daily journal, completing giving designed actions, contacting me when you are lapsing or finding your will power is going, following through with any given punishments
My own actions will included giving your support has and when is required, being your rock through the good and bad times, giving out punishments or even treats when you have been good and achieved a set goal etc.
With both yours and my own actions it will be decisions set we can set it out in black and white. So we both know what we exactly expect from one another.
But stuff like punishments and treats it will be trial and error because each person is different. So what one person might find has a punishment, could be a treat for another person and vice versa.
With treats I would prefer talking that over with you, to see what you like and do not like. Then we will take it from there.
But with punishments this could included increasing a given action like exercising for longer, or taking longer time in between having your next smoke.
It could also included time outs in the corner, self spanking or other painful situations for a set time period. Right down to removal of rights.
Once the planning stage has been done and we both agree that you are capable of following through with me, then it will be the execution stage.
The execution stage is following through the action plan. Has plain and simple has that.
With the evaluation stage, this will be going on all the time. With anything the action plan is a living thing. It will evolve over time has I get to know you, and help you through the aims and evaluating what is exactly happening. What is working and what is. not
With each evaluation stage there will be a chance to develop the action plan further, updating or adding new methods of help you to achieve your aims, noting what punishments and treats work with you.
The evaluation stage can happen daily, weekly, fortnightly or even monthly depending on how far and how long this relationship goes.
What you have to understand is that, you will be doing the hard work. I will only be here for you, if you stick to what we agreed with. That you are able to follow through the action plan that is designed to suit your needs.
I will be here to support you, to be your rock and give you the willpower that you require. But if you slack off too much or not follow through then I will not hesitate in breaking all contact with you.
What would you get out of this relationship with me, hopefully for you to achieve your long term aim and make you feel happier about your body and life.
