Something about the written word of literature has always intrigued me. I can pick up a book that was written more than a hundred years ago and when I begin to read its content the author’s thoughts are no longer history but suddenly presentence.

With the written word I have stood on the Titanic and felt her deck begin to tilt beneath me. I have flown a Spitfire into battle against the mighty Luftwaffe and felt the bone chilling terror aerial combat. I have also experienced the overwhelming exhilaration of erotica with a woman during a lull in the Civil War when the color of uniform was temporarily ignored or forgotten. I have been a pirate, a medieval knight, a cowboy and a rock-star.

If you’re a unattached woman that is as passionate about literature as I am, please say hello! I would enjoy hearing from a kindred spirit. Peace!
