Houston Teacher Arrested, Accused of Having Sex with Student

HOUSTON (KPRC) - A middle school teacher in Texas is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student. Investigators say 28-year-old Kathryn Murray had sex with a 15-year-old.

Court documents show the teen invited Murray to his home February 11th, while his parents were not home. Authorities say his younger brother caught the two in bed together.

The boy claims to be in love with the teacher. The teen's family has a restraining order against Murray. She has been forced to surrender her passport.

You know I always wonder what's wrong with these women. I get it to some extent with the guys. You're having a hard time getting laid and you're tempted by a bunch of people you have power over. Is it sick? Fuck yeah. But I fundamentally can grasp their logic. Being attracted to a fifteen year old doesn't make you a pedo. They've reached sexual maturity and we're waiting on the law but you're not sick in the head you just lack morals. I can get actual pedos. Their sick but I get it when you're messing with little kids. You've got a disease and someone needs to remove you from all temptation blah blah blah. But this chick judging from that photo could pretty much walk into any random bar and utter the human mating call and get some. Seriously all she needs to do is say "Oh I'm soooooo drunk!" And at least one guy in the bar will find it in his pants. . .I mean heart to see her home. I wish I understood the WHY here more.

Yes, she should know better. Yes, she committed a crime. No, I do not put her in the pedo group. No, I don't think it's fair, but I have a double standard here. If she was a guy banging my 15 year old daughter I would beat him to death with his own arms. As it is, I say lucky kid.
