Can you filter stories by female or male author? I love to read from a female POV, especially Cougars… mmmm

While it might be nice to be able to filter stories by POV character and voice, that's not currently possible. As for the authors, there's no requirement to divulge the content of one's britches, or to be honest if choosing to do so. Ergo, no filter for that exists, and the chances of it being added are considerably lower than one for POV characters... and that's not likely to be on the horizon, so far as I know.

As stated, this is a tag search. Try tag searching 'cougar' 'milf' 'older woman' 'silver fox' etc. Also, rent yourself a room in the Mature category and browse the wares. Shouldn't be too hard at all to find aggressive older woman stories. Throw a rock, you'll hit a few.

Also. no need for the author to be female nor straight. Plenty of men write cougar stories - unless you actually believe that these are all true stories. : P

This the inbuilt dread of being seen as gay that pervades older generations of men (and sadly some younger ones too).
