Mine is a 400 gallon 6 person spa and it’s outside. I keep it at 94 degrees. It runs about $15.00 a month in electric costs. I swap out water about once a month and that cost is negligible. It 220volt 60amp. I was told by the installer, the hotter, the higher the bill. I keep mine below 98 degrees because if you go hotter, you really have to be careful about how much time you spend in it.

One other thing. I measured the outside diameter of one of the jet nozzles and bought a piece of clear plastic tubing with he same inner diameter and it fit very snuggly on the jet nozzle. My wife loves it and I can use it to drain the spa quickly.

I have a 400 gallon 6 person spa, love it! When I got it I said, I should have bought this 25 years ago.

FYI: Here in Florida, where I live, if you get a note from your Dr. MD or a Chiropractor Doctor you will be exempt all the sales tax. For me that was $525.00
