Female Covert Spy

I've got so many ideas right now, and i want to write a bunch of them but right now this is one that I really want to work on, and get ideas for.
I have had this idea for awhile but not sure where to run with it. The story is of this female spy working for this top secret agency and they uncover information from other agents that this dictator is massing massive amounts of weapons for an attack and, when they find out where the location is, they send in this female spy to try and track down and destroy the weapons before its to late.
I need some ideas to get this up and running, anyone able to give me some inspiration?

Finding the whereabouts of the weapons is a good role for a fictional spy. I'd say the spy being charged with destroying them may strain credulity. (Though I see things on TV and in movies all the time that strain credulity.)

Start by looking further than current headlines.

North Korea has had a couple fizzled nuclear weapon tests and the US (and many other governments) would love to know where they are (i.e. whether they have a viable weapon or not) in the process. Maybe Kim Jong Un, son and likely successor to the current dictator, has a fetish for some type of girl that the spy can impersonate.

An Iranian scientist just turned up in DC and is trying to get back to Iran. The scientist (and Iran) says he was abducted, and the US said he is an unhappy defector. Maybe the spy is luring scientists into trap via her feminine allure.

A new inspiration? Someone's been catching the previews of USA network's new "Covert Affairs," I think. (I've been mining the spy genre for years.)
