Female bodybuilders and large clits

It seems that a large percentage of female bodybuilders in porn have very large clits. (Sorry, I don’t have any links, but they are easy to find.) I know that a side effect of prolonged high dose testosterone use in women is clitoral enlargement. Does anyone know whether testosterone use is typically responsible for the enlarged clits in these women? Or maybe the type of women who get into bodybuilding have naturally higher levels of testosterone (or reduced estrogen due to extremely low body fat)? Do these women tend to also have other side effects of testosterone, such as excess body hair and deeper voices?

I’m not judging. I’m just curious. The enlarged clits seem kind of cool. Do they increase sexual sensitivity or pleasure? They seem like they could be harder to conceal in a swimsuit, but is that the only potential negative?
