Some formal research shows female pleasure (for PIV sex) can be influenced by female anatomy, and how it interacts with cock size.

A penis large enough to engage the inner lips and pull them in and out as the penis strokes provides more perceived stimulation. This is because as the penis tugs on the lips, and the lips tug the clitoral hood, the clit receives additional stimulation.

Give the many varied pussy configurations, some will work better than others when a penis has a certain girth (diameter). A short penis may engage the lips, but not pull them as far to put the maximum tension on the hood.

You need lips than effectively transmit motion from penis to clit.

You need a minimum girth to engage with the lips.

You need a penis long enough to provide a stroke that fully moves the lips.


Note that this is totally beside the many other stimulation a penis provides. It's just a small factor in PIV sex.

There's also another correlation

In females, the closer the clit is to the urethra, the more perceived stimulation.

No reason is directly apparent, unless a clit very "high up" isn't bumped as much at the bottom of the stroke by the guy's pubic bone.

Measuring "stimulation" is subjective, therefore comparing two different appraisals is very difficult at best. Still, the researches claim there is something happening.

This undoubtedly is the ideal situation. However, most of us don't have the anatomy which matches the ideal. We just fuck and let the chips fall where they may.
