Generally speaking judges are political hacks who cant make a dime from private practice or working for public defenders or prosecutors. The very best lawyers are rich. The mediocrities hold public office, and the worst lawyers work for them.

Judges here in Fubar County are frequently removed from office for every felony you can think of. Usually its sexual misconduct, often the judge throws her weight around helping a chum with a divorce or child custody/child support.
