Three things, only three things? It is damn near impossible to wittle the perfect woman into three items. I mean to start off there is no perfect woman, and that's whats perfect. To be light there must be dark, to be right there must be wrong. To have passionate make-up sex there must've been a fight. Physically I s'pose I could describe the soft smooth curves of my idea female form, but every woman wears her figure differently. and 36C's on one woman would be just right, while on that beutiful girl the 34B's are just right or 36D's are exactly what's needed. Long luxurious legs can be found on a woman 6ft tall and on a sexy thing 5'2" tall. Eyes of blue, or puppy eyes of brown, no wait the exotic green eyes. Oh maybe cameleon hazel eyes like mine. Blonde locks of gold, or auburn sensual curls, no long straight black hair that folds down to her butt. Her butt, curvaceous, round a hand full. I like the coy shy girl winking at me from the corner, but am attracted to the vivacious woman jumping in my lap. An intelligence keen and wit as sharp though are a must. But a bit or air in the head can be cute. An appreciation for the arts like me, but a fine scientific analytical mind is always good.

Interesting ideas, self-confidence, and her smile.
It's hard to limit to three, daughter, attraction if a very complex formula for me. However, there's a clear difference between noticing a beautiful woman across a room (or whatever) and finding her actually attractive.
Nobody is attractive until I've gotten some sense of what interests them, what they know that I don't, what inspires them. Attraction requires intellectual stimulation for me.
If a woman lacks self-confidence she rarely exhibits herself at her best. I concede I probably underestimate her potential, but what can I base it on if she is timid?
A woman who does not match the Madison Avenue/Victoria's Secret model of femininity can be hugely attractive if her face comes alive with a genuine smile. A model who doesn't smile, in contrast, is a mannequin. I don't find much interest in a well-dressed woman going through the motions - give me a happy woman any day.

1. Argumentation is a form of intimacy to me (and I don't mean lover's spats, of course). If a woman does not have the intelligence to stimulate me intellectually, then I will rarely give her a second glance.
2. I like to laugh. Laughter is the only strong emotion that I really trust, because it's almost impossible to fake convincingly. I am attracted to a women who have as wicked a sense of humor as I think I do, and who will laugh with me and who can make me laugh. (Has nothing to do with 'smiley faced' women, who I generally do not find attractive.)
3. Physically, I am probably most attracted by a woman's eyes--not the color or the twinkly shit--but whether they contain any secrets, any mystery. A totally open and guileless gaze is a big DANGER sign to me--a sure sign of unintelligence, immaturity, and lack of a real sense of humor.

Only three ?
When I first see a woman the thing that I notice is how she presents herself. One of the sexiest women I know was dressed in a old T-shirt, dirty jeans, and bunny slippers the very first time I saw her. Her hair was covered in a hankerchief. (She was painting her house and ran out for coffee but how was I to know that) I made a comment about her bunny slippers and she made then wiggle their ears at me. She was not the least bit fazed by what she was wearing, she could have been dressed to the nine's wearing diamonds the way she presented herself.
The second thing that attracts me to a woman is her sense of self worth. I can not stand to hear a woman go on about how shitty her life is, yet do nothing to change her situation. One of the women I admire most was beaten by her husband. She and I talked often and while she was using me as a sounding board, she was looking for options. She walked out on the dude, took the 2 kids with her, got a job, went to school and is now the vice president of a company.
The third thing that attracts me to a woman is the ability to speak her mind then continue to carry on the conversation from there. Nothing worse than having someone throw out a statement or thought, then have nothing else to offer. Like that little bit of inspiration burned up her thought process.
There are many other things that attract me to a woman, but you asked for three things so I just listed three.

What draws me to a woman is creativity, independence of thought, and her sense of humour. Creativity is attractive because it results in a person who is always changing. I appreciate an independent thinker because it would be boring to spend time with a clone of either me or conventional society. A lady who can make me laugh is also much appreciated ... because no matter how good or bad the sex is, a good joke is always appreciated.

Three things? Geez.. Pick three out of thousands.. hmm... Okay.. here's three major things, there are no top three really.
Her mind, I love an intelligent, creative woman. I need to have someone who I can talk to for hours. Her sense of humor, I have a very odd sense of humor, most people don't find me funny, and I don't find most people funny, however a woman who can make me laugh and who enjoys my sense of humor is great. Her eyes, I don't favor any particular color, but a woman's eyes tell you about her, a lot about her, so when I look into a woman's eyes I see things that attract me to her displayed out before me.

1) they have to be smart, not built an atom bomb smart but I need someone I can talk to, after all you can't fuck 24/7 so it'd be nice to have someone you respect and can hold a conversation with.
2) someone who looks good....not beautiful but someone who cares what they look like because that shows they have self respect.
3) I like small women....they do it for me every time but I go on a case by case regime and if I like ya I like ya.

A difficult question, daughter, but I'll try anyway.
Looks are important, but only if a woman can be herself. I can find attractive qualities even in women who don't think they are attractive at all. I can't say the same about women who feel they need surgery to make them more attractive to men; I only wish they'd seek better company than better bodies.
Intelligence is a must. I'm not threatened by a woman who's smarter than I am. I revel in it. When I know all there is to know, then I'll grow bored; I don't anticipate that happening anytime soon.
Most importantly is her spirit/soul. Someone who is honest and open, caring, compassionate, and loving cannot be unattractive.

Fun is a must. Some women are to centered on themselves to really enjoy. You start talking to them and the next thing you now the conversation has turned to girl talk. They have to know how to joke around loosen up, be stupid, not be so fast to jump on the defensive.
Smart enough to give me a good argument, but not be so narrow minded that she thinks she is always right. Yet forgiving when she is right.
