I've never found a dildo that was truly satisfying, but a feeldoe is definitely much more stimulating than most. It doesn't stay in without sacrificing a pair of hosiery to hold it in, at least not for me. I have very strong kegels, but also lubricate copiously. Just from a variety of reports from men and women, it seems that results vary a fair bit. My wife has one, and has never used anything to keep it in place. Slipping out has been almost a non issue... almost. Lacking more female responses, I'll at least share this - the partner with whom I've had the majority of my feeldoe play introduced the idea and definitely has a fair amount of interest in it. Yeah, I think people overestimate how firmly it will stay in place without being held in the hand or using a harness. For the scenario above maybe we get better results since I'm basically holding the external shaft in my hands and mouth, so I can move it around in ways that work for her physically without ruining the "magic" of her having something cock-like without any external hardware holding it in place. On the couple of occasions I've had it used on me for anal it's been more of a challenge and had to be held in place pretty firmly with her hand, so it's been more for novelty than for either partner's physical gratification, I guess.
