Feedback/contact not working on profiles

Just like the title says. the contact on profile pages isn't working. by that I mean, it says successful but the other user never gets any message in their email.

I have tried this with 3 members all with the same result. I don't get their feedback, and they don't get mine.

Same thing happening to all 4 of us? Not likely.

But it took 2 days and the messages finally showed up in my inbox. I'd say that is *barely* working fine. Alas, I'm sure someone will say working as intended.

The site is just the first server an email communication passes through to get you. Lit has no control over the others and besides, how would an author know (or care) when it was sent?

Email feedback is rare and never expected - it never occurs to me to wonder, "Gee, when was that sent?" Surely it's the message that matters, not the time of delivery?

Before a feed back message is sent to the user it is checked if it might be spam or is a derogatory message. It is held for at least one day before being sent.

If you want instant messaging, use an instant messaging program.
