Yay Judicial Activism!
No they haven't, not in the numbers contemplated by the Obama administration.
Aside from common sense and an elementary understanding of the Constitution, the best argument against his action, is his own 22 admissions that he has no such authority, UD would now have us believe that Democrat promotion of Obama's alleged Harvard constitutional law professorship has no meaning in this case.

It's just an injunction pending the trial. Not dispositive of anything other than a Texas judge wanting his name in the paper.
Yay Judicial Activism!
Just a judicial answer to Obama's illegal action.
Man. Those sneaky activist judges! Where will they strike next, to hamper the river flows of liberty and freedom in this country?
Just a judicial answer to Obama's illegal action.
And if an appeal court overturns the decision, will that also not be judicial activism?
Imagine he started an illegal war that killed thousands of Americans and hundreds of thousands of innocent people. Would he be your hero like Bush?
It damn sure needs working on and Border security too.
Set priorities Yes.
Make and overturn law...NO,NO POTUS!
Back off Jack!
Now maybe we can work on this immigration policies problem.
It damn sure needs working on and Border security too.
Bush HAD congressional authority.
They even urged him to do it!
Where were you when W was quietly issuing signing statements stating that he would not enforce laws that he personally believed violated his constitutional authority according to the unitary executive theory?
Congress has had years, decades to work on the immigration issue. They have done nothing. If congress is unwilling or unable to do its job then someone has to.
After congress was deceived into thinking Saddam was hiding stockpiles of WMDs and the ability to make more. Oh, and don't forget, exposing a CIA operative (along with all of her contacts) in the process.
None of that turned out to be even remotely true. OOPS?![]()
So you are claiming "W" was supposed to be smarter than Congress?
They set in on the same briefings he did.
NO they do NOT.
This country was made "For and BY the people" and is enacted and enforced by our elected officials.
Who you Vote in office has consequences.
Border security does not need working on. All that reasonably can be done is being done.
If that's the case why did the gop obstruct every single thing the President tried to accomplish?
Bush lied and used the pussiness of those that would have spoken against invading Iraq against them. They knew it would have been political suicide.. So blame them for briny spineless..but bush should have been tried... Along with Cheney, rumsfeld, ashcroft.. Etc
And as for Bush...
Are you talking about the same bastards and bitches who started roasting his ass from BEFORE he started running for office . . .
