Feature Request: Saved Search (cool) or Subscribe to Searches (cooler)

Hi LitDevs/LitAdmins,

I find myself doing the same advanced searches over and over. It would be nice if I could either save the search settings in some type of template for future use. That should save a lot of time for I think a lot of users.

It would be even cooler if I could subscribe to a search - much like we follow/subscribe to authors. Therefore, I would get notifications when a new work is published that fits a saved search.
