Should have been done long ago…
Stupid diatribe. Here's the deal that the Left doesn't seem to understand, and this judge certainly didn't.
We, the people, elect certain individuals to administer the laws of the nation. To do that we give them extraordinary powers and expect them to wield them appropriately. We expect them to actually have the higher standards they told us they held while running for the office we elected them to.
What we didn't do, or expect, is elect our administrators so that they could choose sides. So they could "prefer" a certain body of the electorate over the rest. So they could impose unequal and unbalanced administration of the laws upon us, or allow those with whom they side to do so in the private sector.
In sum, we elect people to act in ALL of our best interests.
What we've got right now are a bunch of screaming assholes who are willing to do anything in order to stick it to people with whom they don't agree. And they're willing to lie and break the law in order to do it.
So, if these individuals get caught and ultimately punished for their misbehavior, then we as a people ought to see that as a good thing. What we shouldn't do is use it to divide us further so that elected individuals can promote THEIR agenda over our collective one.
Good riddance to bad rubbish.
The quoted statement is a lie.Trump's grandfather was an illegal immigrant. If the laws had been properly enforced at that time, the US wouldn't be in this mess.
Stupid diatribe.
The judge will absolutely win the case against her and likely sue for damages and win that as well.
Yawn.I've never yet seen a judge get any leniency from another judge when accused of a crime. The presiding judge in those cases is often a very strict stickler for the rules and doesn't allow any performance art in the courtroom from the attorneys and witnesses.
This defense in this case is going to try to hang the whole thing on the fact that ICE didn't have a judicial warrant. It's stupid because police can arrest people without warrants if they have sufficient cause to believe a crime is being committed.
Here, Ruiz was a KNOWN illegal alien who had already been deported once before. When ICE showed up to arrest him Dugan (the judge) confronted them about it. Ergo, she knew they were there to arrest a KNOWN illegal alien.
That establishes knowledge on the part of the judge that ICE had sufficient cause to arrest regardless of whether there was or wasn't a judicial warrant.
Once that was known, when she chose to ACTIVELY assist the individual sought to evade arrest, she violated the law. Period.
Her only hope is a plea deal. Otherwise she's fucked for a very long time.
Yawn.
It was her courtroom. They had no warrant
They could have easily just went to the chief first to establish their activities
The admin is not only abusing ppwer. .they are actively seeking to make as much noise about it as they can for free press
And it works on dipshits like you
Undocumented then. Same thing according to MAGAts.The quoted statement is a lie.
Pam Bondi has decided that ICE agents can pursue people SUSPECTED of being foreign gang members into private premises without a warrant. She has issued a memo to that effect.

This is what happens when you suck the ass of a gold-plated king, people think they have all sorts of magical extra-constitutional powers.
Let's hope no one accuses you of hiding migrants in your basementHot pursuit and Exigent circumstances have both been upheld by the SCOTUS.
Morons of the highest order.“It is remarkable that the Administration would dare to start arresting state court judges," said House Judiciary Committee ranking member Jamie Raskin (D-Md.). "It's a whole new descent into government chaos."
"The administration's arrest of a sitting judge in Wisconsin is a drastic move that threatens the rule of law," Klobuchar added, saying it's a "grave step and undermines our system of checks and balances."
Love the hills Democrats are picking to die on these days.![]()

Illegal? Were there even any immigration controls at the time?Trump's grandfather was an illegal immigrant. If the laws had been properly enforced at that time, the US wouldn't be in this mess.
No, we've got two bunches of those. At least two. What we've got right now are a bunch of screaming assholes who are willing to do anything in order to stick it to people with whom they don't agree. And they're willing to lie and break the law in order to do it.
