Favorite Story Missing - New Job in a Mind Control ish Free Use ish Open Sex Town

I'm looking for a favorite story that seems like it may have been pulled from the site.

It's about a guy who moves to a new town because of a job, and on his first day out walking around town he notices whole lot of open, public sex. Not quite free use, if I remember correctly, just very horny and eager to please publicly.

Early scenes, if I remember correctly, include:

• Him walking down the street and a car drives by full of women flashing him and catcalling him.
• A public blowjob on the street.
• And him getting into a very sexy game of pool in a bar that leads to the woman deciding she belongs to him.

Does that ring any bells for anyone? If so, any chance you know what it was called / can point it out? I believe it was 3 chapters long, and I remember the ending but don't want to spoil that for anyone who might not have read it if we find it.
