Certainly I would agree that in "Hypnosis is a Scary Thing" it can be considered rape but that's because ALL hypnosis stories are essentially rape.

As for the other stories, it's not really because the sex is consensual. I even stated in the beginning I'm not a fan of the "lesbian has sex with a man whose dick convinces her to be straight" type story.
