Well...

I've been enjoying Rice's Sleeping Beauty trilogy.

As far as novels go...

...Rice's trilogy and the Story of O are pretty hard to get past. Most of our stuff is short story anthologies (a list on our web page) or novellas like the Mammoth Book of Short Erotic Novels (some excellent stuff).
