Literotica's excellent writer resources . . .

At the risk of mentioning again what everyone already knows, there is an invaluable collection of writing information and 'how-to' right here in Literotica.

http://www.literotica.com/faq.shtml#submitstory has everything from Strunk and White to KillerMuffin's treatise on dealing with those who hate your copy.

Every writer for Literotica should look into this treasure trove and, every now and then, actually read one of the offerings there..

Beginnings, Middles and Ends by Nancy Kress.

It's from the same series as Orson Scott Card's Characters and Viewpoints: Elements of Fiction Writing. Amazon are doing a deal if you buy both books together. There's also 7 more books in the series.

Readings for Writers, Tenth Edition, by Jo Ray McCuen and Anthony C. Winkler

Q

Sir Arthur Quiller-Couch former professor of English and novelist wrote a series of essays on writing.

They are easy to read and follow which made him an oddity among professors of English.
