And no, I have not taken leave of my senses and of the SO in a single blow. :)

While looking for my namesake on Google, I found that someone on a fastcupid.com blog had made some very kind comments about my stories here. I wanted to thank him, but I would apparently have to become a site member to have any method of communicating with the man. I don't care to join a dating site for the purpose of sending one message to one person, but if there's anyone already using it who would be willing to convey a brief message, it would be nice to be able to thank the poster.

Never heard of it. But then, there are so many Internet dating sites out there . . . .

Good for you, Shang. I recently found one of my stories on a little erotica website, but it was attributed to me, with a link to Literotica, so I didn't complain. Had some nice comments trailing at the end.

Well done! It's a pleasant thing to see someone beyond our bulletin board actually admitting to having read one's stories, isn't it? :)

It is. I stated once that I don't mind my work being pirated on another site. Honestly, it doesn't bother me unless someone else claims to have written it. But when it's my name attached, and Lit is included . . . I see it as free advertising.

You know, Shang, it could be that whoever left such a glowing comment about your story elsewhere may have Googled your name and found Lit, and is perhaps reading the rest of your work.

Leave an open-ended thank you on the 'Anoonymous' thread. Without joining the site in question, that's the best you could do, and who knows? They may just read it. ;)
