Felicity stood in front of the mirror with a smile, she was finally ready for tonight’s party. Going to a law school wasn’t all to fun, but the parties that she got invited to were something to get excited about. Of course most of the time the parties had nothing to do with anyone at the school, more with the people she worked with, she was still a cheerleader and that was still a very large part of her life. She imagined it would be for a long time.

Smiling she grinned, tonight she wore a black dress the straps resting just off of her shoulders and making a V across her chest. The dress hugged her like a glove and stopped right below her ass. Slipping on her black pumps she grinned. Her blonde hair was curled and hung loosely around her shoulders. Touching up her lipstick she grabbed her clutch and left her dorm. Hearing her phone go off in her purse she pulled it out and answered. ”Hey dad.” ”Hey Felicity I just wanted you to know the paper work has all gone through and the approvals needed are there. So you are all set for your internship.” Pure excitement coursed through her at that smiling she squealed into the phone. ”Awesome thank you so much Dad I love you… but I am a little busy I will call you later.” After the I love you’s were over she hung up her phone and put it back into her purse.

Going into the car garage she grinned looking at her black G6 convertible. It had been her going away gift from her parents, she was a bit spoiled but she had worked for all of it. She was on the dean’s list in school, and with the money she made cheerleading she was able to pay her own bills and take care of herself. Her parents had given her everything she needed growing up and made all of this possible for her. Driving off campus she headed to the house the party was being held at. She smiled watching the street lights and the city as she drove through it all.

Her life was everything she wanted it to be, she had gotten everything she wanted. Now she was going to enjoy it. Pulling up to the house she parked her car and pressed the button to close the top. Locking the car she walked up to the house. She could hear the music pumping from the house and smiled brightly. Her life was like a movie right now and it could only go up from here. Walking inside she grinned as she said her hello’s to people and made her way to where everyone was in the back. The moment she stepped through the doors she stopped dead in her tracks as her eyes fell on the one person she never expected to see here. She was staring straight at her brother.

Felicity was pissed for lack of better words. Standing there looking at him she glared she watched her friend Maggie fawning over her brother. Rolling her eyes she shook her head looking at Maggie. ”This is my brother.” She seethed; as her glare turned back to him she just shook her head and pursed her lips. ”Why are you here Owen….” She paused briefly before shaking her head. ”You know what I don’t care, you want to fuck Maggie fuck her… That’ll be her problem, not mine.” She shook her head and walked away from her.

Walking back inside the house she went to the kitchen and prepared herself a drink. She was a rum and coke kind of girl, she had never been into the girly drinks though she looked as if she would be. Seeing her friend Matt she smiled to him as he approached her. They had idle chit chat for a while before she finally felt a bit more relaxed and decided to return to the party, with a new drink in hand.

She had begun getting her buzz having downed four drinks with her time spent inside. Looking around she went over to where all the guys were and took a seat between two of the players on the team. Smiling and laughing with them. She told them of her good news as she sat with them. Looking around she didn’t see Owen or Maggie and figured they had gone off to do exactly what she had said. Looking over to James she smiled to him. ”Well James it would appear our dear Maggie has taken another suitor.” They all laughed it was a standing joke, Maggie liked sex, and enjoyed different partners, she didn’t care between men or women either way she was happy.

It took everything she had inside of her not to hit her brother in that moment. Looking at him she put her smile back on her face and nodded to him. ”Of course I am Owen, I am celebrating tonight. I got the internship at Dad’s firm and I start once school is out for the summer.” A broad smile was on her lips. Slowly though as the tension rose the guys seemed to leave them alone. Standing up she shook her head at her brother and left him standing there alone.

Heading back inside she fetched herself a beer and downed the first one before grabbing herself another. She would have a good time tonight even if it met having to be totally wasted. She wasn’t about to let Owen ruin her night or her so called friend Maggie. Sure enough Maggie herself popped up in front of her. Shaking her head she looked at Maggie.. ”So how many notches does that put you at this season… Is there anything you wouldn’t screw Maggie?”

Her voice was cruel and icy cold. Shaking her head she didn’t wait for the girl to respond before walking away from her. Going out front she grabbed her keys and headed for her car. This party was doing her no good at all, she would have a better time at home than here. Shaking her head she walked down he dark streets looking for her car.
